There are two types of Attorneys: those who have argued before a jury, and those who have not. Trial lawyers understand what’s necessary to win not only before the Court, but before the Jury. Litigators prepare cases for Trial Attorneys. When Trial Attorneys direct Litigation, they can focus on gathering and fighting for the information that matters. This reduces costs and increases efficiency.
